Description

Ray Crawford first played Tenor Saxophone and Clarinet, but tuberculosis forced him to give them up, and he switched to guitar playing. From his 1961 album Smooth Groove with Cecil Payne Baritone Saxophone, Johnny Coles Trumpet, Junior Mance Piano, Ben Tucker Bass and Frankie Dunlop on Drums.
